Requirements
The access to the course is reserved to the officers who prove to held documented positions of responsibility both at central and peripheral level on a continuous basis for at least 3 years in the last 5 (Operational level).
Scope
This training course is designed for officers engaged in any capacity on command as part of the personal awareness to be used in decision making activities to be in compliance with most common integrity principles applicable in a complex organization.
Goals
The aim of this course is to develop the awareness of organization’s compliance with worthiness principles of key people in different decisional position. Integrity practices will be shared with the trainees following the most updated international standards. A complete description and field of application and commonly used tools for integrity approach completes course’s goals.
Syllabus (modules)
Introduction to Worthiness
Definition of worthiness, areas and sectors of application, organization and international approaches.
Integrity Practices
Explanation of the best international approach for integrity management of a structured organization. Overview of international standards against corruption (Sarbane-Oxley Act, UK Bribery act, Italian law 231).
Compliance Risk Management
Risk management in a complex organization by area and processes. Comparison with organization in force and relevant compliance structures and functions.
Integrity in Procurement, Finance and HR
Integrity by process: definition, features, risks, prevention. Focus on procurement, finance and HR.
Awareness program; how to spread worthiness culture in an organization
