The course on legal framework refers to Sea United Nations Convention (UNCLOS), including also reference to safety and security at sea (SOLAS, ILLC, MARPOL, COLREG, etc,).Particularly, will be deeply analysed the following aspects: Territorial sea, Baseline, Straight baseline, Internal waters, Jurisdiction and rights, Contiguous zone, Exclusive economic zone, High seas, Freedom of the high seas.
